The Quest for Diversity and Equality

Diversity is Our Strength

The never ending diversity problem stems, mostly, from the democrat party since becoming a moniker for equality under the presidency of President Clinton. Interestingly enough, this was the last time a vote was cast, on this end, for a democrat president; but that is besides the point. The point here is that “Diversity is not our [democrats] strength,” at least not today, if it ever was so. Diversity is a weakness and a never ending problem. Diversity pays tribute to racism by creating its own brand of ethnic centered racism and in the United States this is often in the form of Blacks with an ethnic brand of racism against Whites as a conflated solution to White racism. Indeed White racism is very much alive, real and still exists today – this commentary makes no attempt in any way to suggest otherwise. On the contrary, this commentary seeks to posit why the idea of an ethnic branded form of reverse racism is in no way shape or form better than the problem it seeks to address – White racism.

Diversity branded racism, despite whatever good faith can be attached to it, nearly 100% of the time has failed and will continue to fail. So where do we start. Well perhaps the most notable place to begin with a look into the socialism of diversity would be the President Obama era. Under President Obama this brand of diversity was recreated which in reality was mostly predatory upon the black population in search of a savior to the ills of White racism, and along came a politician to answer the call. What came out of the President Obama era? More racism. And not only more racism but predatory politics and policy targeting Blacks by Black politicians.

Politicial predatory behavior was manifested in large part via sowing the seed of the ‘Victim mentality,’ in the minds of minorities. In other words, the Black wing of the democrat party sold the idea that the reason why Blacks are not success and have not been successful is because of White systemic racism (which is true in part) – so the answer to which was to align with the the democrat party which alleges to be on the side of the poor, marginalized, and the common man – so to speak. Imagine that a bunch of pompous Harvard-Yale grads on the side of attendees of community colleges. Fat chance. To the contrary these Ivy League politicians found worthy subjects ripe and ready for brainwashing to ultimately serve the wealth and power aspiration of people who look like them i.e. Black politicians.

Racism is not solved with racism. And this fact – and it is a fact – is witnessed via the Biden era which will be known, if not already known, to be the era when Blacks had the most influence, power, and control ever in the United States. And what became of that era? A wide net of radical racist Blacks – sure against Whites – but perhaps not as widely known is the racism against other Blacks or those who could be identified as Black. In essence, the Biden era gave way to this concept of ‘Unified Blacks’ by some self-proclaimed Oligarchs within that got to decide the fate of everyone else: Who you could date or not date; who you could marry or not marry; what school you could attend or not attend; where you could live or not live; where you could work or not work and on and on and on. This power structure served no one but the Oligarchs within as is always the case with Oligarchy. The primary reason for this “Unified Black” failure is its inability to address the problems within i.e. jealousy, envy, backbiting, backstabbing, unjust enrichment, entitlement mentality, color-ism discrimination and ultimately the inability to judge and sentence (metaphorically speaking) bad actors within and of the same race/ethnic group (extra emphasis intentionally added). In short, the Black community’s inability to call Black prejudice, discrimination, jealousy, animosity, etc. -- what it is – racism and cancerous – is in no way any different then White racism and cancer. In fact, the Black brand could even be consider worse since Blacks have justified their Oligarchy system, ante, on White racism thus virtually eliminating any question of dissenters within i.e. psychological gimmicks. And let's face it some will never get it and will rightfully get left behind.

If Blacks were truly interested in so-called unity they would follow similar paths of every other ethnic group that has been successful in raising up the masses. Boot strapping and support without stings attached. Most other groups that have been successful, ante, support people and their endeavors because they have aligned themselves with world guiding philosophies and principles thousands of years old. For example, the philosophy of “He who serves his neighbor also helps himself.” Everyone else get that – except the Black community. You will find in many other ethnicities people who understand the meaning of this philosophy which is that by serving your neighbor and community such will eventually come back to you – in some form or fashion. What does this mean in real world terms: Lets take the idea of a couple seeking to open a chain of laundromats who have the experience and some capital to get going in that direction. For other members of the same ethnicity, in virtually ever other corner of the earth, support would come out of the wood works in various forms mostly from people who have no experience in the realm – in this case running a dry cleaning/laundry business – by surely do have a need to launder their clothing and delight themselves in the idea of someone who looks like them endeavoring in such a venture – all the while, also, knowing that through their support they are enabling support to flow to themselves – in some form or fashion at some time or another. That future support may never come directly from the owners of the laundromat business, ante, but it will come because that is how good faith works and has always worked. With the Black community; however, everything is about instant gradification and what the masses have been lead to believe is owed to them irrespective of education, abilities, and capabilities.

The other critical element that makes this work is having a sense of humility – which Blacks lack in large scale. Everyone thinks they are smarter than the other, entitled to what their neighbor possesses, entitled to the status of their neighbor, entitled to the wealth of their neighbor, entitled to the wife or husband of their neighbor – it goes on forever, the list is literally endless. Some religions call this as the trait of ‘Coveting the neighbor.’ Ironically, [Black] Christians, arguably, have the most problems with coveting.

Bottom line: racism cannot be solved with more racism by those targeted by racism. This, of course, in no way suggests that any ethnic group should not take pride in themselves and their communities; but, rather this articulation speaks to the idea separating from other ethnicities as a result of White racism then turning around and engaging in the exact same behavior, mostly from within, which includes color-ism discrimination and abuse.

The problem with racism is a human condition problem with which many ethnicities across the globe have struggled at one point or another. It is man’s desire to exalt himself above others mostly for wealth and power which, ultimately, drives this behavior. Perhaps a solution, among others, is to accept and realize that people of various different races and ethnicities share like opinions and views on life and its direction. By yielding to this way of thinking, inevitably, an inclusion effect surfaces which may take shape in the form of both genders finding their way into various cultures, sub-cultures, groups, etc., where they just naturally seem to belong and fit in – because of the ties that bind. As a result of this open-minded thinking, this is where diversity can have its most pronounced social good. And in the process, people will begin to accept the idea that it is much more about mentality than race or ethnicity. Again, though, this phase of human development it at the higher rungs of the ladder and should not be undertaken as a starter project.

As a starter project it may very well be necessary – required even – for one ethnic group, or the other, to get their own house in order, first, before thinking of how to achieve the visible successes of other ethnic groups i.e. weeding out negative self destructive victim mentality and behavior, violent crime, theft, drug trafficking and use, widespread chronic poverty, financial crimes, etc. Everything has a starting point and one does not typically go from zero to one hundred in a day – sure some people and/or situations do; but, those are the exceptions to the rule not the rule. Start with the rule and that which has the highest probability of success based upon the current position, ante. Ultimately do the right things for the right reasons which usually do not involve direct benefit to the drivers or decision makers.
