Ontario Canada tribunals as not sound by rather an attempt at making the laymen feel as though they have any rights. They do not. Ontario, Canada via Prime Minister Mark Carney likes to blame the USA for all of its problems and allege it is "Head and shoulders," above the USA with resepct to human rights yet Canada via documented evidence admits that its hiring policies are designed to advance India natives first and foremost. Ontario, Canada is a bullshit corrupt jurisdiction.
Oh Canada! Is this USA President Trump's fault too?
Vice Chair Bachas, a Caucasian woman, does not even know the definition of Discovery. This is a representative of the Caucasians in the Human Rights Tribunal Ontario who claims to have so much knowledge and experience in legal jurisprudence. Ironcially, an "Adjudicator," is not a judge; but, rather a perfunctory judicial officer passing the appearance of a judicial officer to the unsuspecting layman. Adjudicators have little legal experience, most with no prior experience practing law, and their education background as an "Adjudicator" in law is via 18 months in an state school equivalent where they receive an associate degree, let alone these so-called "Adjudicators," are not insulated from political influence. In fact, these "Adjudicators," are there to bend to political pressure, in this case, to insulate the state from the legal repercussions of its policies. Be sure to read the Notice to Continue (via the link above) in direct contravention to Caucasian VIce Chair Bachas. Ontario is a joke and a laughing stock. Ontario Premier Ford and Justice Canada Attorney General Fraser know about the problem with the jurisdiction, and in particular this tribunal, as a whole, but what is more important is the renaming of Lake Ontario to Lake America.
Google the Great Corrupter
Google is a problem, in fact, a global problem. Google is the largest private non-government criminal organization on the planet. Much of Google's tactics are akin to RICO and would land any other private actor in prison for two (2) decades. Google engages in more criminal activity than any other organization out there leveraged via its Google Android platform. Google lies to the public and secretly monitors your calls, and locatoin tracking information with respect to Google Maps. There is no two ways about that fact. Hell, Google Android, which has a significant and substantial footprint, in the mobile phone operating systemic market, came into being via Google's reverse engineering of Oracle's java operating system for which Google had to pay Oracle an estimated $1 Billion USD more than a decade ago. Google relies on the public having a short memory. And thankfully for Google the public, indeed, has a short memory.
Perhaps most perplexing is Google alleges to be on the forefront with respect to advancing human rights and equality in the workplace and with respect to Google products and services. Nothing could be further from the truth. In the not so distant past, Google was sued via a class action in which it had to pay out $50 million USD for its systemic racism problems in which it overwhelmingly favored India natives in hiring @ Google. Then there is this issue, in Canada, whereas Google was sued in the Human Rights Tribunal Ontario and Google activated its social engineered based to preclude the filing of the case since March 2026. The face value of that case is $4 million CAD? Moreover, the same Google social engineered base of India natives use Google's Android systems, ante, for location tracking to advance their corruption money embezzlement schemes.
Google the Great Corrupter is not your friend. And Justice Canada Attorney General Sean Fraser knows all about the Google problem. What was done? Nothing? Let's take a wild guess...this Google human rights case, per the link above, is USA President Donald Trump's doing, notwithstanding the fact that all of the events in the complaint occurred in Canada? It must be so, since all of Canada's economic woes are the fault of the USA not that of Canada; yet, here we have a clear case of criminal misconduct in the failing to file the case. Where did the money go? Why was the case never filed in the tribunal? These Adjudicators are not competent and often seek loopholes to precude addressing the merits of cases before them. So the point is why not simply file the case and make up a scenario to dismiss the case which is what the Human Rights Tribunal Ontario does as a practice? At least that would have been consistent. So why not file the case at all? Oh Canada, can you explain to the public and, of course, how USA President Donald Trump wronged you, again, and caused this problem?
