Fraud corruption plagues Ontario Canada's tribunals. Canada likes to blame the USA for all of its problems; but, what about this immigration fraud and the theft of government monetary cash benefits - all occuring exclusively within Ontario Canada's tribunal(s)? Canada has legalized race discrimination favoring Africans and Indians, could it be that one of these groups is behind the fraud and money crimes againt the Ontario provincial government? Is this the USA's fault too?
