Protecting the Public's Right to Know
In short, through systemic little white lies linked to public corruption and criminal cover ups. Once upon a time, litle white lies were the kind of fibs which were better left to the imagination of the story teller rather than the truth itself. In other words, cosmetic type 'white lies,' in most cases, were meant to benefit the receiver, in some cosmetic fashion, rather than digesting truths -- which would otherwise be difficult to swallow. Then again, that was with Dorothy and the Land of Oz -- this is real life and white lies (pun intended), especially those which permeate for years, are 99.99 percent certain to involve public corruption. This real life scenario is no different.
As part of the "White is right" agenda, the Department of Justice via its component i.e. the Federal Bureau of Investigation orchastrated a, now, four (4) year cover up of an extremely simple Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA") court action. The video will get you up to speed on the background of the case. What is likely unknown is the other moving parts in this multi-year criminal cover up scenario. The first of which is how the Americas i.e. Canada and Mexico do the bidding of the USA in terms of accepting bribes and doing the dirty work of the USA such that their White public official superiors can save face. That is important -- very important to White supremacy. It is never about the money as Caucasians have virtually an unlimited supply of money, which should be evident by the fact that the USA prints its own money, which is backed by nothing -- certainly not by gold -- since the USA was taken off the gold standard since the Nixon era. Furthermore, on its very best day this nickle and dime FBI FOIA case was worth only about $100,000 USD, an amount which most Silicon Valley engineers smirk at, given the going average salary base in Silicon Valley is the upwards of $175,000 USD annually. What is important to White Supramacy is to save face and to always appear superior to the ill informed public that the USA is, in fact, the Land of Opportunity, i.e. Freedom of (fill in the black here), and Equality -- and the USA White Supremacy superiors are the foremost leaders of the world reknowned United States Consitutional. Unfortunately that was nearly 300 years ago. For those who are a stickler to detail, the timeline will mark 250 years on July 4, 2026. Today not so much. A lot has changed and not necessarily for the better.
Opportunity knocks. Amidst all the public corruption, deeply rooted in the White Supremacy fasism, especially throughout the Americas -- is opportunity. They say when "Opportunity knocks" you had better be ready to answer as one does not know if/when such opportunity will return -- if ever. Cleary, Black Americans are aware of this statement as the minority demographic hub New York City, NY hosts the ethnic social justice and defalcation movement. This ethnic movement, alleges to act as a form of social sanctioned justice, in response to systemic abuse of power per White Supremacy; however, said ethnic movement has an entirely different motive altogeher. In other words, since 2021 New York City, NY Black Americans have been using the Federal Bureau of Investigation Freedom of Information Act action, ante, as a possible channel to embezzle money furthered by identity theft. The motive here is not your everyday Robin Hood agenda; but, rather to capitalize on the miscalculations and abuse of power errors of the White Supemacy agenda -- to line the pockets of the ethnic movement leaders. In legalease terms, this is commonly referred to as unjust enrichment. In every day venacular this is also referred to as "Riding on the coattails" of another person. If neither of the two descriptions paint the picture, perhaps a throwback on Netflix of New Jack City wil help.
Make no mistake about it, the USA has earned its widespeard international dissent, animosity, and discourse. This one lawsuit (and there are others dealing with the corrupt USA court system) illustrates the criminal abuses of its own laws; let alone international human rights laws and those of international sovereigns i.e. countries who do not answer to the USA, which excludes the Americas and its territories. Historically, the USA is responsible for more collateral damage to people, their families, and lives than any other country and all the countries of the world combined i.e. The Vietnam War, World War II, etc. These wars have been led via White Supremacy. The same leadership genre of modern day White Suprmacy which alleges to be of the moral fiber to judge the world in their courts, while they secretly have engaged in extortion and blackmail, to preclude Legalhotwater's exposure of their systemic abuse of power driven by their intelligence agencies i.e. the CIA and FBI. Money is the problem with White Supremacy...control of money which advances this type of criminal abuse of power. All of this, including the pain and suffering of family members, friends, etc., over merely $100,000 USD. This should illustrate that it is not about the money to White Supremacy as $100,000 USD is less than a drop in the bucket to these leaders. In fact, the USA pays the Americas (Canada and Mexico), and its territories, more than that to do its bidding or to look the other way.
Evidence in this case comes as a triplet. What a trio: Crazy lies, defalcation, and religious fascism -- all three are linked in this USA international scandal. Let's make a long story short.
As to the role of religious facism, perhaps this is the most troubling of the triplets. The USA intelligence agencies prey on the vulnerability of everyday people in terms of their religious beliefs and erect their broad and vast spy and infiltration apparatus to intefere with Legalhotwater's actions with respect to public exposure of their crimes. These USA intelligence agencies allege to be ordained by 'God.' It is difficult to comprehend how 'God' would use the USA intelligence agencies to perfect a six (6) year lie to the Philippines, thereby destroying credibility and family structures. This is precisely how religious fascism manifests, knowing that no one would question the motives of 'God.'
As to the consequences of systemic racism, irrespective of which ethnic or majority groups leads the way, this New York City public assistance welfare case is a poster child example of systemic abuse of power. Furtermore, this welfare fraud case, which was subsequently thrown out, is precisely what happens when public awareness is distrupted via well calculated acts of government directed freedom of the press censorship and criminal cover ups. These are the same living breathing elements by which Legalhotwater acts as an oppostional force via leveraging Freedom of the Press.
Case in point, Legalhotwater has been operating this platform for three (3) years -- count them -- one, two, three -- on welfare proceeds of $90.00 USD bi-weekly, which is $180.00 USD monthly. That is right, protecting the public's right to know with the sole income of $180.00 USD per month (per said welfare proceeds) -- this includes operating computer systems, various internet services, vendor services, hardware, software, office supplies, court filings, etc., and on and on and on -- all with an income of $180.00 USD monthly per said welfare proceeds. This is a very damaging fact that neither party wants the public to know, as it shines a very bright light on the real United States of America and its distorted lies/misconceptions as being the Land of Opportunity.
To reiterate, systemic abuse of power irrespective if driven by White Supramcy or some modern day vigalante ethnic social justice movement, there are serious consequences when there is a breakdown in the rule of law and meritorious governance thereof. The most visible consequence is the reputation damage done to the USA, which, fairly, raises the question of whether or not the USA being so vastly despised globally is justified, given these revelations of systemic federal court corruption, abuse of power, white supremacy, and black ethic Nino Brown justice. Furthermore, this matter has direct links to religious fasism, which for the Consitution sticklers, since 1776 the United States Constitution has mandated a separation of chuch and state. It seems as though the USA forefathers understood how religious predators can have a real destabilizing effect on society and as such the United States Constitution was written to separate Church from State. Today, most of what the world learned 250 - 300 years ago has been lost to moderm day oligarcy and/or dictatorship, the driving force of which is an annual trillion dollar military budget. This might, also, explain Legalhotwater's infatuation of the English era preceeding the humble beginnings of the USA. While that era was not without its faults, and, too, had a good bit of racism, people were a lot more humanized (e.g. simple and reasonable life ambitions, well educated, well spoken, well mannered, in touch with the abuses of government power, and religious fascism) if such an idea can be normalized in the same sentence inolving racism.

Also, take a look at the fraud case in New York City, NY. The corrupt abusive court knew from the word 'Go' and beyond a shadow of a doubt that Legalhotwater does not reside in the State of New York; but this case is kept open, secretly, for the sole financial unjust benefit of the Black ethnic social justice movement. Meanwhile, the White Supremacy superiors continue to lie about the status of this account i.e. disability which, now, marks three (3) years. The aim of these lies, systemic abuses of power via the USA courts, and their intelligence agencies is to protect abusive corrupt public officials from the consequences of their actions; in doing so there is catastrophic damage to the public trust component which drives a democratic governing society.
In contrast to today's popular opinion, leadership is not merely a trendy buzzword or smply involving 6, 7, or 8-figure salaries, private jets, elite country club memberships, a groupie entourage, lofts in Martha's Vineyard, and/or 20 bedroom castles in Silicon Valley. To the contrary, if leadership is anything, it is the ability to wrestle with difficult situations, people, and circumstances (often while making this feat seem second nature to onlookers) and finding a path forward in spite of the same -- not, first and foremost, to the benefit of oneself; but, rather for citizens, clients, staff, friends, family member, etc. When leaders lose sight of these guiding principals, they become obsolete and dead weight for whatever entity structure in which they operate i.e. public or private. With the USA being a country nearly surpassing $38 trillion dollars in debt, such would make one believe that the USA leaders would be on the same wavelength. Obvously not. And for the record, contrary to the political party fingerpointing, both parties -- democrat and republican leaders -- have been (and continue to be) direct contributors to this broad breakdown of the public's trust. And on both sides of the fence, at no time did either party possess the integrity, ethical/moral compass, nor intestinal fortitude to act with leadership and do the right thing; what needed to be done. At the same time, these are the same political party leaders allegedly led by 'God.' If this is not a visible real world public wake up call to how public officials will prey on even the religious vulnerabilities, of the masses, to advance self-perservation -- perhaps no other llustration would suffice.
The simple truth of America is not one with which most are ready to digest. American white supremacy is a very serious problem. White Americans secretly acknowledge the same via their resistance to the so-called "WOKE" movement. The Woke movement has its roots entangled with white supremacy, which it obviously shuns. Where the Woke movement has misstepped is in its attempts to manage or control white supremacy via controlling its core i.e. America and at the same time allowing American white supremacy to make the woke movement a reverse racist agenda. Personally, Legalhotwater would have left white supremacy America to deal with its own baggage and karma and moved on to greener healthier pastures, since dealing with white supremacy and its actors is a waste of time. What many, including woke fail to understand, is that the concern with white supremacy is traced to genetic encoding, something that is not easily addressed, if at all. Blacks have allowed themselves to become the demons they despise via becoming mentally absorbed with their white supremacy culture rather than following a positive path where progression, and a healthy mind-life can be found. No one escapes karma forever, and if one looks at America's problems, it might be easier to understand why America has as many problems as it does today.
In any event, you can read for yourself on this corrupt degenerate so-called court being the second circuit court of appeal in New York City, NY. This court has been committing all kinds of crimes in the name of white supremacy since Legalhotwater touched down in NYC in 2022. What they don't want you to know is that the same court hid a key document, see below, with respect to the fact that the plaintiff does not even live in NYC. They in turn weeks later they enter a 'white supremacy is right' document alleging, once again, that plaintiff's claims were without merit. Now, mind you all three (3) of the cases they cite involved very serious public corruption issues. The first two (2) with welfare fraud and this disability scam, which is a cover up of dirty white politicians like Marjorie Taylor Green (R. GA) and President Trump himself, to name a few. Then the third is with respect to a FOIA action against the corrupt Department of Justice lead by 'White is right' dirty no so angelic Pam Bondi who works with Marjorie Taylor Greene to advance the 'White is right cover up' agenda. There is a reason why the public, at large, has no respect for either democrats or republicans as they both, extremely, lack integrity and these white supremacist politicians will do anything to save face, while destroying the lives of others. Indeed, there is a reason why everyone loves to hate America. But America would have you believe otherwise and will go to any extent to shield the public from the truth.
Blacks and their wokeness have seized the opportunity to get rich on something for nothing, riding on the coattails of missteps by white supremacy. This is the current state of affairs in America, facts which both political parties and all American politicians hide from the public i.e. America is a fallen incinerator filled with endless trash and garbage which are embodied, Inter Alia, their corrupt courts. For your reading pleasure, you can see the docket sheet for yourself, and in particular document #27 which is greyed out as the crooked court does not want you to know that plaintiff filed paperwork that the court had no jurisdiction, since plaintiff does not reside in the state of New York -- and hasn't resided in New York City, NY for several months now. So in turn the Black run court colluded to dismiss the case to cover up the welfare and disability fraud which was put in motion by white supremacists and later blacks sought to capitalize on the issue to get rich since blacks are 'Kings' and everyone is holding them back and down. Do tell -- why, again, is everyone rushing to the borders of America? Truly those who do so have no idea as to the reality they will soon face.
