All of this has occurred in the primarily Black district of New York City, Brooklyn, in particular with a district branch of the United States Department of Justice that is primarily Black, and Black judge, Leshann DeArcy Monique Hall (LDH), who engaged in criminal misconduct or stonewalling, at the very least, for more than three (3) years covering up for the FBI.
