Change is Good
Generally speaking, change is often met with resistance or cheer. At Legalhotwater, the emphasis here is on the latter. Since 2022, Legalhotwater has served the pubic with a wealth of information as it pertains to intersection of Law, Politics, and Social Issues. In effect a hybrid between a watchdog and social media content provider. If you have been around a while, you probably noticed that no as much has occured in terms of a makeover in presenting consumable content.
Well today marks a change; hopefully a welcomed change. Without delving into the technical stuff which few actually have interest in knowing, suffice it to say that some significant and substantial changes have been made with respect to the underlying engine of Legalhotwater. First, the hardware infrastructure has been updated to support the growing user base with a lot of room to spare. Second, the CMS and its sub-engine has been updated to the latest and greatest, as the predecessor Legalhotwater website, was at least two versions behind the currently undated version. And to ensure that everything works smooth, a clean transition to this new system was in order. In effect, this means a content rework from the ground up is, now, in place. Third, a new transmission was seated (continuing with the automobile analogy) such that content is render not just fast -- but very fast. Perhaps, you will appeciate this added benefit, especially when watching and viewing content such as videos and documents. Lastly, there are work in process changes with edge content provider, with respect to how video and document content is delivered to you in terms of speed, security, and availability. So over the next few week there may be a few bumps in the road regarding the delivery of video and document content as things are ironed out with our edge content provider.
